Late Policy
AFTER 15 MINUTES AND YOU HAVE NOT REACHED OUT A $10 LATE FEE MAY BE APPLIED.
AFTER 30 MINUTES NO NOTICE YOU ARE NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION

if you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before.

Hair Prep
FAILURE TO ARRIVE WITH THE NECESSARY PREP WILL CAUSE DELAY TO SCHEDULING, RESULTING TO A $20 INCONVENIENCE FEE OR RESCHEDULING MAY OCCUR IF WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME IN THE DAY TO GIVE YOU THE STYLE YOU WANT
YOU MUST ARRIVE WASHED, DETANGLE, BLOWDRIED AND PRODUCT FREE. if you cannot blow dry your hair, please add the $15 blow drying add-on when booking. (this is a very important add-on so that we know how much time we will be spending on your hair in total.)
ANY OILS, EDGE CONTROL, HEAT PROTECTANT, GREASE, OR CONDITIONER WILL RESULT TO PRODUCT
BUILDUP WILL CAUSE BUILD UP IF ATTEMPTED TO BRAID OVER.

Booking Policies
Please Read thoroughly before booking

$10 nonrefundable deposit that must be sent within 24 hours of booking

Please come washed and blow dried (let me know if you cannot blow dry your hair

+ $15 and try to come 20 minutes earlier)

15 minute grace period after that there is a $10 late fee

30 minutes late or more appointment may be cancelled

Located in Sacramento, CA -> I am located downtown so parking is not free you can pay through the park mobile app!
